SUMMARY:Blaze In The Wild Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Blaze in the Wild are a group of local 13 – 25 year olds who 
 are passionate about protecting out local natural environment.\nOver the p
 ast six months they’ve been exploring how the arts can be used to explor
 e\, celebrate and protect our unique landscapes. They’ve met professiona
 ls from local environmental organisations\, worked with artists and consul
 ted with the public. \nIn a workshop with poet Roy McFarlane the group wr
 ote poetry inspired by their explorations and their concerns about climate
  change. The poems inspired this window installation created with artist K
 ate Eggleston-Wirtz. All of the materials used in the installation have be
 en found\, borrowed or reused.\nThe group would like to thank all of the c
 ommunity partners who have supported and been involved in their project. 
 \nBlaze Arts is a youth led arts organisation based in Burnley. They suppo
 rt young people to develop confidence\, creativity and transferable skills
  through youth led creative projects.\nThis project was delivered by Blaze
  Arts\, and funded by Super Slow Way.
