  discuss the pros and cons of using lived experience in your writing\, inc
 luding issues of privacy\, what to include and what to leave out\, how to 
 tackle the most difficult issues\, and how to make the personal universal.
 \n\nCatherine was born on a Lancashire farm and now lives in Edinburgh. On
