SUMMARY:Writing The Mill: Opening Night
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the launch of Writing The Mill with an evening of poe
 try\, prose\, and local voices.Hosted by theatre maker Joyce Branagh (Ladi
 es That…)\, the event brings together the writers featured in the exhibi
 tion to share their work inspired by Burnley’s heritage\, landscape\, an
 d community. Expect a rich mix of short readings — lyrical\, funny\, pow
 erful\,and moving — as most of the 15 writers featured in the exhibition
  share their words.\n\nJoyce will also share some of her own writings\, in
 spired by her time with local Burnley community groups.\n\nThe evening and
  exhibition has been curated by Queen Street Mill’s Young Creatives Grou
 p and offers the first chance to experience Writing The Mill.\n\nTickets a
 re Pay What You Decide\, but advance booking is recommended to help us org
 anise the space and refreshments. Book in advance here.\n\nThe exhibition
